This also allows me to guide our sessions so we can unearth and understand unconscious material, beliefs, and traumas that are equating to what you're currently experiencing.

  • With the understanding of the layout of your inner world and experience, we get to renovate and update. This means working with your unconscious, unlearning what belongs in the past, and learning what aligns with your desires in the now.
