The Framework

  • Become clear on what it is that you want to create and feel and what it is that is in the way. From my understanding, I can support you holistically, not just the symptom you're experiencing. This also allows me to guide our sessions so we can unearth and understand unconscious material, beliefs, and traumas that are equating to what you're currently experiencing.

  • With the understanding of the layout of your inner world and experience, we get to renovate and update. This means working with your unconscious, unlearning what belongs in the past, and learning what aligns with your desires in the now.

  • A devotion to your 'favorite version of you' now has the space to flow through, this self becomes deeper and deeper the more you commit and practice being that person. Here is where the transformation is undeniably real.
